1. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in direct developer contracts, all custom Next.js components, design assets, and functional API route systems built by VisionCraft Digital remain the intellectual asset of the purchasing client upon full receipt of final milestone payments.
2. Service Delivery
Timeline estimates provided in RFPs are targeted projections. Delays in receiving client-side credentials, API keys, or media assets can push delivery schedules back.
