Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are structured clearly around our transparent development milestones.
1. Upfront Retainers
The initial 50% retainer paid to initialize custom UX layouts, vector wireframes, and page prototypes is non-refundable once our design team commences active drafting work.
2. Active Development Stages
If a project is cancelled during active code drafting, client stakeholders are responsible for compensating our engineers proportionally for all completed milestone steps up to that date.
